Điều khoản sử dụng

Điều khoản này áp dụng khi bạn dùng ứng dụng PhimDan (“ứng dụng”). Khi dùng ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.
Giấy phép
Ứng dụng được cấp phép theo Thỏa thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối tiêu chuẩn của Apple (Apple Standard EULA). Các điều khoản dưới đây bổ sung cho thỏa thuận đó.
Nội dung miễn phí và gói Premium
Cấp 1 miễn phí. Gói Premium (theo tháng hoặc theo năm) mở khóa toàn bộ khóa học. Giá hiện tại hiển thị trong ứng dụng và trên App Store trước khi bạn xác nhận mua.
Dùng thử miễn phí
Người đăng ký lần đầu có thể được dùng thử miễn phí trong thời gian hiển thị khi đăng ký. Nếu không hủy trước khi hết thời gian dùng thử, gói sẽ bắt đầu và bị tính phí.
Tự động gia hạn
- Thanh toán được tính vào tài khoản Apple ID khi bạn xác nhận mua.
- Gói tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn tắt tự động gia hạn ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kết thúc kỳ hiện tại.
- Phí gia hạn được tính trong vòng 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc.
Hủy và hoàn tiền
Bạn quản lý hoặc hủy đăng ký trong Cài đặt › [tên bạn] › Đăng ký trên thiết bị, hoặc trong mục Cài đặt của ứng dụng. Hoàn tiền do Apple xử lý theo chính sách của Apple.
Nội dung bài học
Các bài hát trong ứng dụng là giai điệu thuộc phạm vi công cộng do PhimDan tự soạn lại, hoặc sáng tác riêng của PhimDan. Bạn được dùng chúng để học trong ứng dụng.
Miễn trừ trách nhiệm
Ứng dụng được cung cấp “như hiện có”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc dùng ứng dụng. Việc nhận biết nốt qua micro có thể chưa chính xác tùy đàn và môi trường.
Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật ứng dụng và các điều khoản này. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này cùng ngày cập nhật mới.

These terms apply when you use the PhimDan app (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them.
License
The app is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add to it.
Free content and Premium
Level 1 is free. A Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks the whole course. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
Free trial
First-time subscribers may get a free trial for the period shown when subscribing. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
Auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device, or from the app’s Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Lesson content
Songs in the app are public-domain melodies in PhimDan’s own arrangements, or original PhimDan compositions. You may use them to learn in the app.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Note recognition through the microphone may be less accurate depending on the instrument and the room.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
